When submitting your story, please take into consideration these publishing guidelines

Please submit your story in a font and size that is easy to read. Make sure your story is separated into chapters and/or paragraphs for easier accessibility. 

Remember that all stories submitted must be suitable for ages twelve and under so that we can maintain our family friendliness. If you are not sure your book is suitable for ages twelve and under, feel free to contact us at Office@octobooks.co.uk

We recommend submitting your form in PDF format, although we also accept Microsoft Word or Rich Text format. 

Please make sure your manuscript is complete and not missing any chunks or chapters.

It is your choice how long your story is, however we recommend your story is at least twenty-four pages long and at least one-thousand words for more sales. 

We do not accept any plagiarized stories or AI generated work. Your story must be original and written by you. 

If you have any images in your stories, they must also remain suitable for ages twelve and under. We recommend higher resolution (1080p minimum). 

Make sure you fill out all the fields on the form, otherwise your submission may be rejected.
